Fun Love Packaging

All Fun Love orders are shipped in discreet brown packaging with “Apple Distributing” (our corporate shipping name) as the return address, via USPS Ground or APO/FPO. Shipping Pricing

Shipping price is based on weight and approximate radius from point of origin. Packages that do not use Flat Rate Box service are generally priced based on weight and zone.

 

Order Delivery

Once an order is placed on FASCINATIONS.NET it will be processed and fulfilled within 24-72 hours . All orders placed over the weekend will process on the next business day. Estimated delivery times apply to in-stock items only.

We currently DO NOT ship orders outside of the U.S. except to U.S. Military Bases

Standard Shipping: 4 – 7 Business Days

Priority Shipping: 2 – 3 Business Days

APO/FPO  delivery dates can range from 3 to 45 days depending on where the service member is located. When shipping make sure to use the APO or FPO address, without the name of the city and country. This is to insure the order is handled in the military mail system instead of the international mail system.

 

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Orders 

Fun Love is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout. *Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

 

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been submitted your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. Our fulfillment process is streamlined, and orders are immediately sent to shipping. Due to high volume of orders we receive, we are unable to cancel orders after submitted.

 

Returns

Please note that to ensure the safety and health of our customers ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once items leave our warehouse they are considered to be used and non-resalable. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind for toys, accessories, wellness products, or lingerie. If an item arrives damaged or defective replacement or reimbursement claims can be made through the Route app if you insured your order through package protection at checkout.
