When it absolutely, positively has to be there tomorrow! Orders must be placed by 12 PM, Mountain Standard Time to receive your package the next business day. Please be aware that Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not currently available. 

APO/FPO

Delivery dates can range from 3 to 45 days depending on where the service member is located.

Write out the service member's full name in the address.
Always use the APO or FPO address, without the name of the city and country. This is to make sure the item is handled in the military mail system instead of the international mail system.

Pricing Based on Weight & Approximate Radius from Point of Origin

Parcels that do not use Flat Rate Box service are generally priced based on weight and zone. The following exceptions apply:

Parcels addressed for delivery to zones 1-4 (including local) that weigh less than 20 lbs but measure more than 84" in combined length and girth (but not more than 108") are charged for a 20-lb parcel (balloon price) based on the applicable zone.

Parcels addressed for delivery to zones 5-8 that exceed 1 cubic foot (length x width x height = 1,728 cubic inches) are charged based on the actual weight or the dimensional weight, whichever is greater.

Shipping Surcharge

Oversized/overweight items may incur an additional fee for shipping and handling charges. Total shipping cost will be calculated by adding the shipping surcharge fee to the base shipping cost of the item based on its weight.

Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been submitted your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing and then shipping. Due to the high volume of orders we receive we will be unable to cancel an order after submitted. Please order carefully.
