After using AstroGlide, this lube is moderately superior in several ways. The consistency is more natural than other lubricants my partner and I have used for both intercourse and toys. Maximus stays usable for longer without becoming tacky or dry within a short time period. Finally, I'm told this lubricant is better and less degrading to high-quality silicone toys as opposed to the AstroGlide.
