These kegel exercisers would be a great addition to anyone's collection. They are made from body safe material, easy to clean, easy to insert and remove, and can be felt easily The weighted balls inside are super sensitive to any movement (I could feel them moving while sitting when someone walked past on wood floor) but are also very quiet and discreet. Definitely my favorite of the kegel exercisers I own!

These balls when inserted start out very strange. The whole point is to work out your vaginal walls enough so that they can support these balls. I tried wearing these balls out to the movies and it was quite an odd adventure. I suggest wearing these balls around the house or when you are sitting on the couch watching a movie. I don't recommend wearing these to the gym or for any vigorous activity in fear that they might fall out. After wearing them everyday for an hour or so for an entire month, I can tell that i'm tighter.
Advantages: Comfortable. Silicone feel. They come in four rockin colors.
Disadvantages: a little heavy when starting out. String that is connected to the ball is sometimes annoying.
