Ami 1:
A large, soft and lightweight single ball.
If your new to Kegel exercise products or your out of practice, we recommend starting here.
Ami 2:
A medium-sized double ball that's still soft yet slightly heavier.
Try Ami 2 if exercising with Ami 1 doesn't challenge you enough.
Ami 3:
A small, hard and heavy double ball.
This is the most advanced Ami for experienced users.
You might like to know it's body safe. The Ami is covered in smooth soft 100% body safe silicon and ABS plastic. You won't find phthalates in any Je Joue products.
We recommend using only water-based lubricants with Ami.
For cleaning:
We recommend washing Ami in warm water and soap. However if you would like to boil Ami, we recommend that you do so only for 1 minute maximum. |

This was one of the first things I purchased from Fascinations thinking it would spice up my sex life. After much trial and error, it turns out I wasn't quite ready for them afterall. I plan to use these after I am pregnant and have kids, because I know I will be able to put them to good use! They are weighted really well and graduate to a heavier, smaller set of balls. The texture is really nice and they look classy. After feeling a lot of other brands, I can tell that these are obviously higher quality than most.

These are the best kegel exercisers that Fascinations has!!! This is the only one that actually gives your vagina a workout, haha! It's 3 different sized/weighted balls, and you gradually increase weight and decrease size as you get stronger. So it actually is doing something! They are a really nice silicone material, super easy to clean. The box is convenient to have for storage. The only thing that bothers me is the string hanging down, but it's fine because I'd rather have a string than no string like some other ones (how do you get those out, jeeze!)! It's like a more noticeable tampon string. I use these to get better at strapless strap-on sex, but they're also great for anyone with incontinence, or if you've just had a baby!
Advantages: Easy to use!
