the bondage ball is a great tool to utilize for specific positions in the bedroom. While it wasn’t something that worked very well for my body type or my husband's (he couldn’t really sit comfortably on it), it is still something that I would recommend to anyone who’s looking for an affordable device to help in holding positions. Overall, we were very pleased with what the bondage ball brought to the table, but we have to warn those who are interested in purchasing it to be wary as the comfort is highly dependent on individual body types
