A better name for this book would be "Improving your Sexual Confidence and Communication through G-Spot Exploration". There is some basic information about g-spot play, but the majority of the book focuses on communication with your partner and increasing your sexual confidence. It was not at all what I wanted. It also read like an add because every little bit you were referred to the authors website to either buy something or look up more information. The "Sexy Missions" you're given may work for some people who have very little experienced with sexual play, but this was not a book that provided me with much useful information.
