It does the job of ball gag well, but only if you do not get congested or need to cough, and it makes heavy breathing a bit more difficult. I prefer breathable ones, but thats just me. The fact that its see through also is a bit hit and miss, i thought my boyfriend would enjoy seeing it gag me, but he seemed a bit put off.
Advantages: does what it needs to
Disadvantages: kinda ugly and hard on the person
