Just like every other sleeve; with 1 plus side to it.

What is the difference between most sleeves? Not much, unless we are talking about what is inside of the sleeve.

This sleeve is a pretty well rounded 'Beginners' Sleeve (not too tight, too loose, or any 'special' feature). Well, not truly NO special features, because this sleeve does feature a nice studed insided (which is PERFECT for stimulating the head/tip).

I would recommend using very nice/long-lasting lubrication (sugar based/water based) to have a longer lasting pleasure. Try avoid using cheap lubrication because it will cause wear and tear.
