I mostly use this as an anal stimulator, just feeling each little size goes in causes a great sense of stimulation, the last big ball is the hardest to get in but when it does you feel nice and full. It does have these ridges that spiral on it kinda like a screw that do alow it easier access when trying to go deeper, though it does have a nice suction cup at the bottom so you can stick on to the wall or something for some added pumping. Good Buy
Advantages: Take in a little or take in alot it's up to you
Disadvantages: Rubber smell
