It's a great gag and especially good for those who are not used to it or those who find themselvesshort of breath when using a regular ball gag. One thing I love I love and know others enjoy is the sound of their lover's moans being muffled. That is my only complain with this specific gag. Because it is made to be breathable it doesn't muffle quite as well as I'd like.
