I got one of these because my girlfriend lives in a different state. She loves watching my play with it. It is so close to the real thing. I do agree that the clean up can be a little annoying but i think it is well worth it. IT is an amazing little toy.
Advantages: as close to the real thing as it gets
Disadvantages: clean up some times

My girl friend talked me into getting the fleshlight. I was a bit skeptical of it and how it would do the job. But after my girlfriend unwrapped out of the box and prepped it.
