The Cock Sling is made of 100% silicone, and it definitely feels like it. That's probably my biggest complaint - it can be difficult to get it to stretch enough to make it comfortable enough to put on. I highly recommend you take the product's recommendation and apply lots of lubricant on the ring. As it was, we did get some pubic hairs pulled while attempting to put it on. We found that, when used with the point up against the perineum, it depends on the position that you're in as to whether it massages the perineum or not. If the penis is in a position that is more towards the sky, it doesn't massage as much. However, if it's more pointed down, it ends up massaging a lot more and can feel quite pleasurable. Overall, I just wish it was a little bit more stretchy, but it does pleasure quite well even without it.

I was pretty dissappointed with this product. This was the first cock ring I tried out and the fit was way too tight and the material is too firm to stretch out to make it fit. I applied some lube and it helped a little bit but was still uncomfortable. Without lube, the feel of silicone leaves a chaffing feeling to your shaft which is not a good feeling. After this, I tried the iconic cock ring which I found way better so I would recommend checking that out instead.
