RETURN POLICY
 

  • Funlove.com respects the privacy of our guests which is why all packages ship in discreet brown packaging with shipping lables originating from “Apple Distributing”.
  • Funlove.com offers shipping to the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii, and APO/FPO. Depending on your address, Funlove.com will utilize either UPS or USPS for shipping.
  • Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours. Orders placed after 12pm MST will be processed and shipped the next business day.


Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been submitted your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing and then shipping. Due to the high volume of orders we receive we will be unable to cancel an order after submitted. Please order carefully.


Return Policy

  • All returns for a refund must occur within 15 days from date of receipt.
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON INTIMATE PRODUCTS.* 
  • All sales are final on items that are marked down from their original price. They may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Any non-intimate products or defective products being returned must be unopened, unworn, undamaged, and have original ticketing attached.
  • We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
  • All Internet/phone orders returned by mail will receive a refund credit issued to the original form of payment. If you made a purchase using a Fascinations Gift Card as well as a credit card, the refund will first be applied to your gift card. Any remaining balance will be applied to the additional form of payment.


Non-Defective/Unwanted Product Returns by Mail

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping of non-defective/unwanted items back to us.
  • Returns must be shipped back to the return address on the shipping label. The address can be found on the shipping label and/or the packing slip which came with the original shipment.
  • Returns MUST include a note with the order number, the item being returned and the reason for the return.
  • If you need your order number and/or the return address please contact us at 1-866-FUN-LOVE (1-866-386-5683).
  • All refunds on unwanted returns will exclude the original cost of shipping.


Defective Product Returns by Mail

  • Funlove.com will cover the cost of shipping for products with a manufacturer defect.
  • You must contact us at 1-866-FUN-LOVE (1-866-386-5683) or info@funlove.com for any defective returns.
  • We will notify the shipping location that you have a defective product and you will be emailed a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
  • The shipping label must be affixed to the outside of the box you are shipping.
  • You MUST include a note inside the box with the order number, the item being returned and that the item is defective.

Items That May Not Be Returned

*PLEASE NOTE: To ensure the safety and health of our customers we do not accept returns on items that may constitute a health risk or any item that comes into contact with ANY bodily fluid (saliva, semen, urine, blood, et al). Once these items leave our warehouse, we consider them to be used and non-resellable. These items include (but are NOT limited to):


ANY dildo or vibrator.
ANY enema kits.
ANY item that breaks the surface of the skin.
ANY item that is inserted into the mouth, penis, vagina or anus.
ANY harness/dildo combination.
We also DO NOT accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise.
