As the premier romance specialty retailer in the western U.S., Fascinations is committed to corporate responsibility. A key aspect of our corporate responsibility approach is the relationship building strategy we implement within each of our communities. We define those communities as the cities and towns in which we work- from where our regional offices are located, to the neighborhoods surrounding our retail locations, and on to the plazas and shopping centers we occupy. What goes in to being an active member of the community? Providing accessible and affordable (or free!) events, contributing to local and national charities, and being as involved as possible in all of the communities in which we take part. We also cultivate relationships with product manufactures, small companies, and sex educators and medical professionals around the country. Ultimately, the objective of all our community activities, whether it’s charitable giving, chamber of commerce involvement, open events or tenant improvements, is to assist us in meeting our strategic goals and to benefit the development of our business. We recognize the value of relationship building and understand that when we succeed, the opportunities for individuals and businesses around us to prosper expand as well. We work under an abundance model – the more there is put out on the table, the more there is for the communities at large to share. From Ace Hardware and Dairy Queen, to Childtime Children’s Centers and Family Dollar Stores, Fascinations is privileged to share positive relationships with our current co-tenants in the many plazas we occupy.
