Tantus makes great toys. Period. Whether it’s dildos or vibes, cock rings or butt plugs, one thing you know about Tantus is that you’re always going to get a high quality, body-friendly product.
The Echo, like all Tantus dildos, is made from 100% medical grade silicone, which means it’s phthalate free. You can wash it with soap and water to clean it, but if you want to sterilize it (so that you can share, or use it both anally and vaginally), you can boil it (without the vibe) for 3-5 minutes, run it on the top shelf of your dishwasher with no soap, or wipe it down with a 10% bleach solution.
This dildo comes with a small bullet vibe that is removable, in the base of the toy. This means you can either use it as a vibrating dildo to give the whole toy a little extra kick (and provide the wearer some pleasure if it’s in a harness), or take it out and just have a good dildo at hand.
My partner and I really like this toy. Neither of us use silicone dildos often, as we prefer metal and wood toys more. However, this one really did it for both off us, and she especially loves it. It’s great because it has the almost built in twist motion; when you’re using it on someone else, you can turn it manually for a little extra pizazz. It’s fabulous in a harness too, although, like with all toys in a harness, you lose some length.
This is definitely a great beginner toy; it’s a decent size, but it’s not too small. Granted, if you’re a size queen, this probably isn’t going to please you, but otherwise, it’s one of those toys that I think just about everyone will come (no pun intended) to love. However, if you’d like a G-spot toy, this probably isn’t the one for you, and you should check out some other items within the Tantus collection.
It comes in a variety of colors, so you can make it match to the rest of your collection. It’s only compatible with water-based lube (silicone lube will damage the material), so make sure you grab some System JO H2O to go with it.
I give it 4 stars (out of 5), and think it will be a wonderful addition to any toy box, whether it’s for solo use, with a harness, in the butt, or everywhere. This is one of those good standard toys that everyone can really get behind.
