Wow. I've had one of these for years, and it is by far the best "toy" I own. It is excellent for the typical muscle relaxation but may be too much for delicate areas. Both my husband and I use it for stimulation. Remember that this is an external vibrator, use the attachments for internal G-spot stimulation.

The low setting is strong enough for me, but I use the high setting when I need to "get the job done" in 30 seconds or less.
